He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ann Sturgill Hart. He is survived by: his son Josh Hart of Bend; his father Carl Hart (Dorothy) of Warrensville; and his sisters, Debbie Dollar of Warrensville, Sandy Lewis of Wilkesboro and Trisha Bledsoe of Jefferson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
