She is survived by: her children, Alan Louis Polivick of West End, NC and Michelle Ann Cooper Dyer (Polivick) of Sanford, NC; her son-in-law Timothy Campbell Dyer of Sanford, NC; her granddaughter Hannah Nicole Cooper of Raleigh, NC; and her brother Lester Wayne McCollum of Hartselle, AL..
