He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Lee Muse; his siblings, Glennie Saunders, Leo Muse and William Muse; his son-in-law Tommy Thomas; and his grandchild Kenzie Thomas.
He is survived by: his daughter Vickie Thomas of West End; his sister Mary Saunders of West End; his grandchildren, Robert Thomas (Erin) of West End, NC and Kelsey Thomas of West End, NC; and his great grandchildren, Brook Watkins and Aiden Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
