With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Simmons Lewin of West End, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simmons and Irene Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Lewin; her daughter Kathryn Thwaites; her son-in-law Brian Thwaites; her grandchildren, Bradley and Jennifer; her grandson-in-law Justin; her close friends, Sue and Karl Miklas; and her friends, Mary Snead, Carole Faas and Winnie Fischer.
