It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Wrenn of West End, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fred and Lillie Harris Prichette; and her siblings, Dorothy Prichette, Della Warren and Walter Prichette.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Wrenn; her children, Dorothy "Jenee" Schieler (James) and Wayne Wrenn (Melissa); her grandchildren, Lauren Brown (Carson), Casey Wrenn (Danielle) and Brandon Wallace (Katana); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Jase, Drew and Destany. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
At the start of the pandemic, she would make face masks for those who couldn't afford one or couldn't acquire one so everyone could feel safe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Health Hospice in West End at 251 Camp Ground Rd. West End, NC 27376.
