We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2024, at the age of 77, James Chester Turnage Jr. of West End, North Carolina, born in Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Turnage, Sr. and Jeanette Frye Baldwin; his son Dennis Grooms; and his sister Gayle Williams. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Turnage; his children, Crystal Roberts, Chris Grooms, Tracy Riley and Betsy Turnage; his grandchildren, Zackeri, Mackenzie Roberts, Hailey Grooms and Max Turnage; his great grandchildren, Addie and Bryce Roberts; his nephew Lee Williams; and his pet Skylar Blue.
