Chavis, Jr. (Tamiko) of Willow Springs, NC and Kaneisha Headen (Everett) of Southern Pines, NC; his mother Eloise Chavis Freeman of Garner, NC; and his grandchildren, Donavon, Jazymyne, James (LJ), Bryce, Kaydence, Gaven and Landon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
