We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2019, at the age of 88, Jacqueline Coughenour (West End, North Carolina), born in Cumberland, North Carolina passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carter and Annie Underwood Carter; her spouse Aubrey P. Coughenour; and her brother Joseph W. Carter, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, James "David" Coughenour of West End and Carolyn C. Herring (Jimmy) of Buford, GA; and her brothers, Thomas Carter of Wake Forest and Charles Carter of Aberdeen. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
