He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McRae Blue Sr. and Maxine Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Carla "Carly" Blue; his children, Karla Claytor and Kyle Blue; and his siblings, Fonda Monroe and David Blue.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Community Church (220 Campground Rd, West End, NC 27376).
