He is survived by: his parent Betty Butler Wallace; his daughter Denise Spivey; his brother David Wallace; his children, Donette Sanders and Donnie Wallace, Jr.; his wife LeAnn; his grandchildren, Dylan, Abby, Colby, Savannah, Dawson, Zoey, Alex, Alissa, Brianna, Samatha, Justin and Cynthia; his child Brenda Allred; and his brothers, Johnny Wallace, Chris Wallace, Billy Wallace and Roy Wallace. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
