Wyatt Leon Gay Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2020, at the age of 83, Wyatt Leon Gay (Wendell, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard William and Flora Leigh Johnson Gay; and his wife Rose Pace Gay. He is survived by: his children, David Gay (Connie), Donna Emerson (Brad), Donald Gay (Lorrie), Ric Chamblee, Ginny Upchurch (Jeffrey) and Tammy Liverman (Jimmy); his siblings, Betty McDade, Evelyn Williams and Sherrill Gay (Kay); and his grandchildren, Joshua Gay, Kristen Brooks (D. J.), Daniel McGee, Aaron McGee, Hannah Baker, Brandon Gay, Jenna Privette (Andrew) and Jamie Wilson (Tyler). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, East Wake Relay for Life.
