He is survived by: his wife Claudia Madkins Mitchell; his children, Tonya Mitchell Marriott, Crystal Mitchell Lewis (Felts), Thomas Anthony Mitchell, Jr (Tamika) and Jonathan Edward Mitchell (Mica); his grandchildren, Nadia, Cana, Kendall, Collin, Anasia, Ezekiel and Ezra; and his great grandchild Nehemiah. He is also survived by Two sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
