She was predeceased by: her parents, Drake Wentzel and Mae Cashwell. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Canady (Samantha Crawford), Shane Canady (Kathryn Canady) and Jason Canady; and her sibling Sandy Choate (Dennis).
