She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frances and Hazel Mae Herring Forncrook; her former husband Jack Ide; and her siblings, Robert Forncrook, Jerry Forncrook, Mae Goes and Betty Czapiewski.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Mathues; her children, Jack Ide (Nancy), Guy Ide (Norene), Joni Ide Mitchell (Bob), Dane Ide (Tammy), Denny Ide (Judy), Ted Mathues Jr. and Jim Mathues (Carrie); and her siblings, John Forncrook and Sharyn Julcher. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, & 1 great, great, granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
