He was predeceased by: his daughter Stephaney Anne Brantley; his father Dolphus Brantley Sr.; and his sister Donna Kay Meyer (Edward). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Brantley; his stepdaughter Jenny Garry; his mother Elizabeth Brantley; his siblings, Larry Brantley, Maria Brown, Rickey Brantley (Bernice), Danney Brantley (Jeannie), Jimmey Brantley, Dolphus Brantley Jr. (Francis), Pinkey Lynch (Andy), June Cronk (Mark), William Brantley (Mary) and Jo Ann Antolini (Michael); and his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa and Jake Garry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to your Liver Research Society of choice.
