It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Bissette Woodall (Wendell, North Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Oscar Ercey; her siblings, Ruth Hodge and Mack Bissette; and her grandchildren, Steven and Brianna.
She is survived by: her mother Lottie Stickland Bissette; her children, Billy Ray Sullivan Jr. (Christy) and Cristy Miles (Johnny); her sisters, Peggy Lee (Junebug), Agnes Bissette and Linda Massey (James); her grandsons, Derek (Rachel) and Tyler (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Harper, Theo of Reagan, JD, Grayden and Rowan. She is also survived by the loving mother she was to her children and grandchildren and true balm.
