She is survived by: her children, David C. Hales of Smithfield and Gloria Mills Woodall; her grandmother Ginger Hales of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Danny Lassiter (Monica), Summer Zaczek (John), Savannah Keen, Sara Zaczek, Joey Andes and Erica Rosemire; her great grandchildren, Ashleigh Rigby (Kym), Ashlyn Lassiter, Daniel Lassiter and Atlas Rosemire; and her great great grandchild Luna Rigby. She is also survived by her family and friends.
