She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Belmont and Nellie Pearl Richardson Chamblee; and her siblings, Peggy Nell, Charles, Wayne, Kenneth, Elton and Jerry Chamblee.
She is survived by: her husband Basil; her children, Walter Perry (Paula) and Marny Perry; her granddaughters, Elizabeth and Tessa Perry; her great grandchild Caden; and her siblings, Barry Chamblee (Linda) and Sandra Richardson (Tim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory can be made to the Hopkins Chapel Baptist Church specified for Mission Trips.
