It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Darlene Poole Wood (Wendell, North Carolina), born in Sweetwater, Tennessee, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Carroll; and her brothers, Sammy Poole and Gary Poole. She is survived by: her husband James Rayford Wood; her sons, Dennis Roger Wood (Dina) and Jimmy Lee Wood; her brother Marvin Carroll Poole (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Faith Ann Wood, Hope Christine Wood, Adam Lee Wood and Emma Kathryn Wood. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
