She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Hobgood Dean and Leonard Dean; her grandson Nicholas Russos; and her son-in-law Ken Brewer. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Brewer of Blounts Creek, Linda Johnson Krooswyk (Bill Krooswyk) of Moncks Corner and Rebecca Poole (Roy Poole) of Wake Forest; her sister Leatrice Yvonne; her grandchildren, Melissa Davis, Bryan Davis, Jason Brewer (Linda), J. D. Brewer (Betsy), Steve Krooswyk (Brittany) and Jim Krooswyk (Heather); her great grandchildren, Aidan, Beau Brewer, Cameron, Payton, Eli Krooswyk and Ransom Brawner; and her former spouse Virginia.
