He is survived by: his children, Debra Laurer Cook of Clayton, NC, Craig G Laurer of Danbury, CT, Mark K Laurer of Lexington, KY and Jonathan H Laurer (Tanya) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Nigel F Laurer, Jasper H Laurer, India, Europa and Dubravka Zoe Laurer; and his great grandchildren, Xaelia, Victoria and Zachary Laurer.
