He was predeceased by: his parents, Vain Woods and Hilda Taylor Woods; his brother Nicholas Woods; his brothers-in-law, William Keith and Norman Dolbeck; and his aunt Anna Wallace (Sonny).
He is survived by: his wife Gail Woods; his daughters, Amy Holcombe (Corey) and Shannon Brassard; his siblings, Eugene Woods (Linda), Joan Keith, Virginia Hulrburt (Alfred), Deborah Dolbeck and Allyson Booth (Mark); his sister-in-law Robin Woods; and his friend Randy Collier (Christine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
