She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Oley and Pearl Lena Butcher Bice; and her siblings, Shirley Hitt and Martin Bice. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Lester C. Boyd, Sr.; her children, Darlene Richardson (Tommy) and Lester "Butch" C. Boyd Jr. (Joan); her siblings, Kenneth Childers and Karen Vitaley; her grandsons, Ruffin Richardson (Angela) and Rusty Richardson (Donna); and her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Richardson and Hunter Richardson.
