He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Earl Rouse, Sr. and Eleanor Faye Rouse; and his siblings, Sandra Rouse and Chris Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Rouse; and his stepson Justin Hammond of Raleigh.
