She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene F. O'Neal and Robelia Pearl Whitley O'Neal; her husband Leonard Boykin of Wendell; her daughter Sandra Pearl Boykin Smith of Edgewater, FL; and her siblings, Mary Creech Andrews of Rose Hill, Shirley Crockett of Angier, Linda Lou O'Neal of Selma, Charles O'Neal of Beaufort, Bobby O'Neal and Billy Wayne O'Neal of Wendell.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Boykin (Sue) of Wendell; her granddaughters, Jennifer Boykin of Raleigh, N. C. and Barbie (Stephen Alligood) of Jacksonville, N. C.; her great grandchild Kairi Alligood; and her siblings, Lynwood O'Neal of Wendell, N. C., Claudia Imogene Wilson of Smithfield, N. C. and Carolyn O. Gower of Smithfield, N. C.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
