We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2024, at the age of 86, Ernest Vernon Wright Sr. (Wendell, North Carolina), born in Franklin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Eugene and Mary Gladys Hagwood Wright; and his wife Jeanette. He is survived by: his children, Ernest Vernon Wright, Jr. of Wendell, Cynthia Wright Stroud (Trex) of Cary and Amy Loren Wright of Wendell; and his grandchildren, Emily Stroud, Justin Stroud, Blake Scarboro and Katie Wetherby (Jackson).
