Elma Jane Burnett Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elma Jane Burnett (Wendell, North Carolina), who passed away on December 27, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lewis of Texas and Elma Elizabeth Todd Totherow; and her husband William. She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Perone, Erma Moy (Randall), Barbara Adamson (Randal Sanchez) and Sally Burnett; her siblings, Ira Totherow, Trudy Durig, Darlene Hembree, Carol Kahn and Mike Totherow; and her grandchildren, Randy Moy (Lisa Morgan), Billy Snelbaker (Lori), Elizabeth Carney (Jeff), Stephanie Burnett, Felicia Brady (Jon), Sean Mueller, Ira Burnett, Jacob Snelbaker (Shawnie), Amanda Garcia (Ricky) and Samantha Capo (Terry Sinclair). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Betty's honor to the American Heart Association.
