We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2020, at the age of 86, Elizabeth Louise Carter of Wendell, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hales and Daphne Hales; her husband William Carter; and her son Leslie Starling. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Starling (Shelley) of Smithfield, VA and Jo Ann Honeycutt (Billy) of Wendell; and her siblings, Jimmy Hales and Pat Renfrow of Zebulon. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten great –grandchildren.
