He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Hargett; and his wife Ann Dora Whitley Alphin. He is survived by: his children, Pete Alphin (Kelly) and Stephanie Andrews (Clint); his brother J. H. Alphin of Wendell; and his grandchildren, Cody Alphin (Morgan), Cole Alphin, Margaret Ann Andrews and Whitley Andrews. He is also survived by his family and friends.
