He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Webster Pender and Ruby Godwin Pender. He is survived by: his wife Ann Rhodes Pender; his daughters, Shauna M. Schmidt (Steve), Erin P. Broush (Brian) and Susan P. Williams (Wes); his grandchildren, Stephen Schmidt, Aiden Schmidt, Arianne Schmidt, Jack Broush, Lauren Broush, Madi Williams and Coy Williams; his sister Elaine Bullock (Grant); and his brothers-in-law, John Rhodes (Shelby) and Garland Rhodes (Elgie).
The family kindly requests that anyone attending the visitation and service to please wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
