Constance Marie Horton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2022, at the age of 76, Constance Marie Horton (Wendell, North Carolina), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert G. Jacoba; her grandson Jordan Robert Horton; and her brother Robert "Skip" Jacoba. She is survived by: her children, Michael Robert Horton, Jr., William Patrick Horton (Carrie) and Kristen Lee Horton; her granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Horton (Trevon Carpenter) and Ava Marie Horton; and her siblings, Gary Jacoba (Nancy), David Jacoba (Chris), Deb Dimmitt (Don) and Kelly Martin (Luke). She is also survived by friends and family, especially her children and grandchildren.
