It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Bell Ray Tant (Wendell, North Carolina), who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Joseph and Nellie Francis Medlin Ray; her son Ricky; her brother Bobby Ray; and her grandson Christopher David Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Tant; her daughters, Wanda Kyles (James) and Debbie Allen (Robert); her siblings, Boyce Ray (Katherine), Brenda Jones (Ed) and Rex Ray (Sue) of Archer Lodge; her sister-in-law Marie Ray; her grandchildren, Kim Lewis and Lori Allen; her granddaughter-in-law Caroline Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Rebecca Price, Keagan Price, Hailey Whipple, Addison Lewis, Liam Lewis, Kiley Winstead and Jacob Winstead.
Flowers welcomed, or memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
