He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Leroy and Mary Hobson Lolley; and his brothers, Leroy and Eric Lolley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Whiting Lolley; his children, Richard Kenneth Lolley and Michelle Christine Lolley Otey (Rodney Bizzell); his sisters, Christine Miller, Karen Mattice and Carol Lolley Harris (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Jesus Otey and Aaliyah Bizzell.
