He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kittner and Rose Kittner. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe, Dave, Dot and Harry; his wife Ida Kroll Kittner; his children, Jody, David Laibstain, Lisa, Billy Latham, Rhoda and Bill Verhosek; his grandchildren, Hillary, Claire, Julia, Edward and Dasha; his sister Lucille Frank (Chippy); and his sisters-in-law, Connie Kittner and Sarah Kittner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Congregation Beth El requires vaccinations (honor system) for everyone over 12 years old, social distancing, and the wearing of masks at all times for those attending.
