She is survived by: her husband Michael Collins; her children, Becki Collins, Michelle Collins and Michael Collins, Jr. (Millie); her sister Marcia Parker (Barry); her grandchildren, Traci Lambdin (Cody) and Caleb Shadmani; and her great grandchildren, Cadence and Archer Lambdin.
