He is survived by: his wife Doris Gilliam Collins; his daughters, Kim Collins and Marcia Aldridge; his granddaughter Maggie Barnhill; his great grandchild Lakiah Barnhill; and his sisters, Linda Lou Lawrence, Betty Sue Upchurch and Peggy Ann Johnson.
