She was predeceased by: her parents, Hudson Hubert Mann and Lucy Mildred Francis Mann; her husband Robert Charles Stafford; her son Ray Charles Stafford; and her siblings, Mildred M. Lauback, Mabel M. Matuskowitz and Clarence William Mann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Mae Stafford of Graham and Donna Stafford Rollins of Oxford; her brothers, James Mann of Lynchburg, VA and Tony Mann of Henderson; and her grandchildren, Robert Stafford, Brittany Stafford Driver, Ryanne Stafford, Cody Stafford and Samarah Walker. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
