He was predeceased by: his father William Harrison Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Wagner; his mother Kay Weaver Wagner; and his father-in-law Paul "Jack" Carter.
A reception was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Center Church of Welcome (186 Center Church Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
