She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Averette and Dora Averette; her husband Alfred Sauls; and her siblings, Mabel Cashwell, Edith Sorrell, Elfleda Pope, Peggy Baker, Hunter Averette, Vernon Averette, Nelson Averette and Harold Averette.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bowen (Davis), Marshall Sauls (Brenda) and Herbert Sauls (Teresa). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
