He is survived by: his parents, David Leon Boone and Melissa Duke of Henderson; his wife Monica Cash Boone; his daughter Elizabeth Nicole Boone; his stepfather Billy Lawson of Henderson; his brothers, David Boone, Jr., Jarrett Faulkner and Bobby Faulkner of Henderson; and his grandmother Shirley Duke of Henderson.
