It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelia Crane Plyler of Welcome, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Otho Frank Plyler Jr.; and her daughter Emalyn Houde of Key West. She is survived by: her son O. F. "Chip" Plyler III (Sandy) of St. Simons Island; her son-in-law Richard Houde of Key West; her grandchildren, Matthew Collins (Jennifer) and Melissa Covert (Johnny); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Rea Collins and Charlotte Gayle Collins; and her pet Charlie.
