She is survived by: her husband Leon Koontz; her son Todd Koontz (Lori Koontz) of Oak Ridge; and her sisters, Connie McMahan (late Nelson), Martha Byerly (late Dermont) and Nancy Swicegood (Leon) of Lexington.
