She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lee Burke and Pauline Burke; her husband John Wayne Elliott; her daughter Renee Grant; her son-in-law Robert Johnson; her children, Mary Johnson, Carla Moore (Scott) and Marc Elliott (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Madison Johnson, Jessica and Joseph Prime.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Weddington Methodist Church Pastors Discretionary Fund.
