She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Price and Iva Price; her son Thomas Edgar Zumwalt (Loretta Zumwalt); and her siblings, Mildred Warren (Robert Warren) and Dr. William Price (Anna Price).
She is survived by: her husband Edgar O. Zumwalt; her daughter Yvonne Zumwalt Gordon (Robert C. Gordon, Jr); her grandchildren, Thomas Zumwalt Jr. (Ellen), Robert Zumwalt, Debbie, William Zumwalt (Michelle), Tiffany Collinson (Dan) and Holly Widders (Rob); her great grandchildren, Kimberly Roberts (Matt), Heather Zumwalt, Kayla Cisco (Justin), Chaz Zumwalt, Kyler Zumwalt, Krystiana, Daniel Collinson, Jr. (Emily), Haylie Collinson, Luke Widders and Austin Widders; and her great great grandchildren, Benjamin Zumwalt, Landon Zumwalt, Addilyn Roberts and Braylen Zumwalt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
