We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2024, at the age of 70, Michael Reid Bass (Weddington, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bass and Betty Bass; and his daughters, Tammy Gordon and Jessica Bass. He is survived by: his wife Donna Huneycutt Bass; his children, Justin Torrence (Ann) of Monroe, NC and Michelle Brown (Heath) of Monroe, NC; his grandchildren, Taylor Torrence, Jakob Torrence, Jarod Torrence, Jordin Torrence, Madison Brown, Makayla Brown, Cannon Brown, Amanda Gordon, Danny Gordon, Matthew Bass and Zachary Bass; his sister Carol Biggerstaff of Monroe, NC; and his sister-in-law Patty Wise of Matthews, NC.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Weddington, NC 28104).
