She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lee and Jewel Lyde Kirkley; her husband Albert Brandon Cooper of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Vivian K. Lynch, Gertrude K. Hicks, Herbert Kirkley, Harrison Kirkley, Lum Kirkley and Clyde Kirkley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Cooper McGuire (Bob) of Charlotte and Susan Cooper Burrow (Jack) of Charlotte; her brothers, Vide Kirkley (Nancy) of Hamlet and James Kirkley of Hamlet; her sister-in-law Anne Kirkley of Hamlet; her grandchildren, Lauren Burrow Gartland (Greg) of Charlottesville, VA, Samuel Burrow of Charlotte, Catherine Burrow of Charleston, SC, Albert Burrow of Charleston, SC, Kelly McGuire Embry (Vance) of Dalton, GA and Robert McGuire, Jr. (Bethany) of Charlotte; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Gartland of Charlottesville, VA, Anna Kate Gartland of Charlottesville, VA, Charlotte Embry of Dalton, GA, Catherine Embry of Dalton, GA, Frederick Embry of Dalton, GA, Ethan McGuire of Charlotte, Allie McGuire of Charlotte and Sawyer Trafford of Charlotte. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
