He is survived by: his wife Mary Humphrey Parker; his daughter Cathy Keistler (John); his grandchildren, Jay Parker (Angie), Katie King (Jason), Cameron Keistler, Cody Keistler, Kellie Sellers (Wesley) and Josh Parker; his great grandchildren, Jaxon King, Easton King and Hudson Sellers; and his brother Barnie Parker (Von).

In lieu of flowers donation may be made in the name of James Richard Parker to the Wounded Warriors Project.
