She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Hazelwood and John Hazelwood; her brothers, Thomas "Corky" and Monte Ray; and her sister-in-law Norma Hazelwood.
She is survived by: her children-in-law, Tanner and Christina; her husband Gary Mann of Weddington; her daughter Jessica (Tanner Summers); her grandson Mason of Fort Mill, SC; her son Chris (Christina) of Huntersville, NC; her brothers, Johnny (Patty) of Narrows, VA, Ronnie (Connie) of Lindside, WV, Joe (Linda) of Lindside, WV and Ricky of Lindside, WV; and also Donna (Chuck Austin) of Independence, VA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation in lieu of flowers.
