He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ida Fox and Ned Fox; his former wife Linda Page; his wife Helen Carson Norton Fox of Mars Hill; his children, Athena Fox Brooks (Jason Blackwell), Cynthia Fox-Clark (Doug Clark) and Scott Norton; his grandchildren, Makenna, Shelby Clark and Thomas Brooks (Christina); and his great grandchild Thomas Brooks. He was also cherished by friends and cousins.
