He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Turner and Cartha Wyatt Turner; and his wife Deborah S. Turner. He is survived by: his children, Bryanna M. Austin (Alan Austin) of Erwin, TN and Kyle W. Turner of Weaverville, NC; and his grandchildren, Bladen Turner of Marshall, NC, Kennedy and Pyper Austin of Erwin, TN.
